Our maintenance & support services provide you with the

We can provide support for your network via on-site visits,
telephone, email and remote desktop, depending on the situation.
Essentially, we provide our service to keep your IT systems
running. We provide both pro-active and re-active service,
depending on what you require.
Pro-active support: Regular maintainence of computer
systems including applying software updates, security analysis,
and identifying/removing potential threats.
Re-active support: Repairing your computer systems
when a fault occours. We specialise in fault-finding, providing
replacement of upgrade hardware, installation, and configuration.
Unlike many other companies, we specialise in both PC (Microsoft
Windows) and Apple Macintosh systems.
We can provide our services on an on-call basis, or schedule
a regular monthly or weekly appointment. If you wish to have
your support and maintenance provided on a contractual basis,
this can be arranged.
