IT Support Prices

We offer two different ways to use our IT Support service.

Ad-hoc IT Support

For those that do not wish to take out a contract, we offer our on-site support for £45.00 + VAT per hour or part thereof.  We also provide remote support for £25.00 + VAT per hour or part thereof. A minimum charge of 1 hour applies in both instances.

Contract IT Support

We offer two different levels of IT Support Contract. Our Standard plan is based upon an affordable monthly fee and covers unlimited support via phone, e-mail and remote support. On-site support is charged at a reduced rate.

For those who would prefer an all inclusive monthly charge for their IT support requirements, we offer a Premium plan which includes all on-site support as well as phone, e-mail and remote support.
